About the Author
Dwain Harrell is an ordained Minister, who has served in many leadership roles in congregations all over the world. Dwain was licensed (1995) and ordained (1997) at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, located in Suisun City, California, under the leadership of the late Rev. Claybon Lea, Sr. He has preached the word throughout the United States as well as in the European theater.
Dwain also served as the 2nd District Chaplain for the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, responsible for MD, NJ, NY, PA, and DE from 2016 – 2020. He has been a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, since December 3, 1978.
Dwain is a retired Air Force veteran who has traveled the world. Uplift, shares his experiences with the readers; through a combination of Baptist beliefs, inner city experience, military discipline, and relationships with loved ones. This is accomplished through international prayer, sermons and inspirational scriptures.
No symbolism can be more simple, more profound and more universal; it becomes even more pleasing when the reader is able to weave the word into daily rhythms of life in chapter 5.
Dwain is married, with two daughters and four grandchildren.
